Lakeside is an office park of 181,600 SQF with three office buildings.

The park is located next to commercial centers and restaurants. It is also close to a major highway, GA141.

The property's anchor tenant is Siemens Energy. Siemens, which occupies one third of the office park, has a five-year lease from the purchase date.
